Meditation uncovers our wisdom. Students will receive practical instructions for transforming confused emotions and situations into effective actions as they arise. No longer deterred or depressed by obstacles, we can include everything as part of the path.
Taught by the Kalapa Acharya, Adam Lobel. Adam is a doctoral candidate at Harvard University and lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Prerequisites: This program is open to all of those who have completed Fearlessness in Everyday Life, Joy in Everyday Life, and Contentment in Everyday Life courses.
Note: Acharya Lobel is accepting requests to attend from interested students who do not meet the prerequesites. If you do not meet the prerequisites and would like to register for WIEL, please email Chuck Tancin with your request.
