Fearlessness in Everyday Life

with Adam Lobel
March 6 / 7:00 PM - April 24 / 9:00 PM

2The next step on the Way of Shambhala after Joy in Everyday Life is the five-week course Fearlessness in Everyday Life.

We can work with our anxiety, so that we are not blocked by fear. Through an exploration of the spacious nature of reality, we see life and death as they are. The meditator goes beyond hope and fear.

PREREQUISITE:  Normally, completion of previous courses in the Way of Shambhala series is required: Meditation in Everyday Life, Contentment in Everyday Life and Joy in Everyday Life.  However,  Acharya Lobel would like to open this Fearlessness course to anyone who has attended an Open House meditation session, Meditation in Everyday Life class, Level I Shambhala training, or some meditation instruction at the Shambhala center.  He  will meet with any registrants who have not already completed the Contentment in Everyday Life or Joy in Everyday Life courses for an hour before Class 1 of Fearlessness in Everyday Life.
