Program Details

A Little Book of Love: IN PORTLAND

This class will use the book by Acharya Moh Hardin, which
offers a few tools and wisdoms from the Buddhist tradition for
awakening, deepening and expanding love. It points out that
“the destination of our journey (aided by meditation practice)
is awakening to the magic of each moment and the inherent
wisdom we all possess.” Suitable for beginners as well as those
with an established meditation practice.

Fee: $40 ($35 members). All are welcome.
