Based on the work of Arawana Hayashi, Embodied Presence involves a set of practices using everyday movement to explore body-mind synchronization and space awareness.
The practices help us remain present and grounded in the body in everyday life—particularly in challenging situations—and experience ourselves as part of the collective social body.
Slowing down and living fully in the body is a basis for developing healthy habits, cultivating unconditional wellbeing, opening all the senses, and accessing emotional intelligence and innate creativity.
