Addictions in the Mindstream IN PORTLAND

Based on the workability of the 12 steps of AA, but open to all suffering from any addiction. Readings from The Zen of Recovery, and talks by American Buddhists such as Noah Levine. Our 12 and 12 is 12 minutes of shamatha to begin and 12 minutes to end.  Open to all suffering from addictions or affected by the addiction of others. There is no sign up in order to protect anonymity. All are welcome.
