Way of Shambhala II - Sacred Path: Windhorse (Rescheduled from 11/30 weekend)
with Walter Taylor
January 4 / 7:00 PM - January 6 / 6:00 PM
In Shambhala year two, we learn the practice of raising Windhorse. We will study the text that gives the instruction for “raising windhorse,” which opens the heart and refreshes one's confidence. The practice is a way to bring about skillful and heartfelt social engagement, enabling the warrior to go forward in the midst of whatever challenges occur.
Prerequisite: The Great Eastern Sun Sacred Path level.
Note: The root text 'The Letter of the Black Ashe' and the 'Windhorse' source book are required and will be handed out during the weekend. The total cost for these two texts is $50, and is included in the listed program prices.
