(Nov) Shambhala Training Level V: Open Sky

with Ethan Nichtern
November 30 / 7:00 PM - December 2 / 7:00 PM

In Open Sky – Shambhala Training Level V one begins to sharpen one’s awareness. One also finds the open clear sky of mind, which is a delightful source of wisdom and uplifted energy. By learning to trust our nature enough to let go into the present moment, the Shambhala teachings help us to soften our hearts and appreciate the sacredness of our daily lives.

Open to graduates of Shambhala Training Level IV.
