Yoga and Meditation Series

Experience the many dimensions of yoga and meditation with a group of gifted local instructors. Dress comfortably so that you can move and relax. Bring a yoga mat or a large towel or small blanket if you don't have a mat. You may also want to bring water. Donations will be accepted.
