• The Leadership and Governance Manual (2006), produced by Shambhala Europe, is used in both Europe and North America as the basis for training centre directors and other leaders in the Shambhala organization. The first Governance Academy held in North America took place at the Atlanta Shambhala centre in March of 2006.
