Board of Directors
The Sakyong's Council functions as a Board of Directors, chaired by the President of
Shambhala and charged with setting broad policy, implementing initiatives, and articulating
the vision of Shambhala as laid out by its founder, Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and current lineage
holder, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
Shambhala Trust
The Shambhala Trust is a group of individual community members
working to support organizations and projects that further the mission
of Shambhala International and to help promote the understanding
of generosity from a Shambhala Buddhist point of view.
