Diversity and Accessibility Working Group
Center Director Survey
The Diversity and Accessibility Working Group is conducting the Center Director Survey to find out how Shambhala Centers and Shambhala Groups experience diversity and accessibility in the Shambhala mandala.
Shambhala Center Directors and Shambhala Group Coordinators have been invited to participate in this survey.
The Center Director Survey will allow us to:
- Get an idea of how diverse our community is;
- Identify diversity/accessibility issues that warrant attention; and
- Obtain information about diversity/accessibility experiences that can be shared with other Center directors, Group coordinators and practitioners.
