The Second Shambhala Congress
will be held on February
13-17,
2005, just after Shambhala Day.
This will be immediately followed by the Pema Karpo [White Lotus]
program, February
18-20. Both programs will be at the Holiday Inn, Halifax.
A Shambhala Congress Advisory
Group has been established to help
the leadership prepare for this Congress. Much of the work of the
Congress will be to discuss the follow-up to the first Congress and
advise the Sakyong and leadership of the mandala on the next steps in
development of our mandala.
