Sakyong Featured on Two Major Websites

The Sakyong's teachings have been featured on two major websites, Orah.com and Huffingtonpost.com, within a week of the publication of his latest book Running with the Mind of Meditation.

Oprah requested the Sakyong to offer a guided meditation useful to beginners while they work out, for her new meditation series in the "Spirit" section of Oprah.com. In the fifteen-minute introduction to the practice of running with the mind of meditation, the Sakyong shares a simple approach to being fully engaged in the workout. The Sakyong was also requested by the Huffington Post to write an exclusive article. In 5 Tips for Running with the Mind of Meditation he gives the condensed version of the path of meditative running.
