Wisdom in Everyday Life is the fifth course in the Way of Shambhala I series. Meditation sharpens our intelligence and uncovers our wisdom. Students receive practical instructions for transforming confused emotions and situations into effective actions. No longer deterred or depressed by obstacles, we can include everything as part of the path. The challenges of daily life become opportunities for both contemplative practice and social action.
Participation in the Center’s Tuesday evening meditation sessions at 6pm is encouraged.
*Prerequisite: Completion of Fearlessness in Everyday Life OR completion of Shambhala Level V (or higher)
