susan pivar Embrace the dark power of heartbreak as a means to uncover your own innate gentleness, fearlessness, and wisdom.

This program with best-selling author Susan Piver will gently introduce us to the skills needed in working with a broken heart. Through meditation, the practice of maitri, or "loving-kindness," and several on-the-spot techniques we will learn to stabilize our hearts in a state of openness. We will discuss the wisdom aspect of painful emotions, contemplate our histories with heartbreak, and shift the emphasis from finding love to offering it. Whether your heart was broken yesterday or years ago, the elements needed to tread this path are present. You will discover that the dark power of heartbreak can introduce you to gentleness, fearlessness, and intelligence. If you stay with your broken heart, it will surely lead you down the path to wisdom.
