Shambhala Training Level V Open Sky Director: Jerry Webster
Dates: August 22-24, 2008 Times:Friday evening, 7:30-9:30pm;
Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-6:00pm Location:Shambhala Meditation Center of Washington DC Fee: $150 ($120 if pre-paid by August 1)
Prerequisite: Levels I-IV. The weekend program includes meditation instruction and practice, group discussion, personal interviews, and talks by the director. Sharpening one’s awareness, one finds the open clear sky of mind — a delightful source of wisdom and uplifted energy. Trusting our nature enough to let go into the present moment.
