First and Third Sunday of each Month 9:00–12:00 am: Meditation practice and instruction; practice period begins and ends with Buddhist chants (come and leave anytime during this period). Childcare is provided from 10am-noon. 12 noon–1:00 pm: Various formal and informal community groups occasionally host a lunch after sitting at noon; if you are interested in hosting a lunch, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Third Sunday Schedule 9:00–11:00am: Meditation practice and instruction; practice period begins and ends with Buddhist chants (come and leave anytime during this period). 11:00am-12 noon: Sadhana of Mahamudra (Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in the Sadhana of Mahamudra practice.)
