First and Third Sunday of each Month
First Sunday Schedule
9:00–12:00am: Meditation instruction available
9:00–11:00 am: Meditation practice; come and leave anytime during this period. Period begins and ends with Buddhist chants. 11:00–12:00pm: Dharma talk and discussion 12:00–1:00 pm: Community luncheon
Third Sunday Schedule 9:00–12:00 am: Meditation instruction available
9:00–10:30 am: Meditation practice; come and leave anytime during this period. Period begins with Buddhist chants. 10:30–12:00 pm: Sadhana of Mahamudra and closing chants.
Every Tuesday 7:00pm–8:00pm: Evening meditation practice and instruction.
Meditation period ends with Buddhist chants. 8:00pm: Tea and refreshments
Every Thursday 7:00–7:45pm: Evening meditation practice and instruction. 7:45 -8:00pm: Tea and refreshments 8:00pm: Dharma talk and open discussion
Everyone is welcome. There is no charge for meditation sessions or meditation instruction.
