Tuesday evening, October 16, the Shambhala Center of Washington, D.C. hosted Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, his wife Khandro Tseyang, their attendants, and Shambhala President Richard Reoch, for a ceremony to bless the D.C. Center shrine. At least 80 people came to the new Center for the ceremony and reception which followed.

Become a Member Our Center relies on membership dues and donations for our support. As a non-profit and volunteer-based organization, your generosity goes a long way toward sustaining the Center. We have a number of groups at the Center that meet regularly

Delegs
Delegs are neighborhood groups where Shambhala community members meet informally to get to know each other better, look out for one another, dine and study together, and engage in local service-based activities. Each deleg is led by a Dekyong who organizes and facilitates the meetings.
