Directions to Nashville Shambhala Meditation Group

We meet at 12South Dharma Center, which is located at the corner of 12th Avenue South and Linden Avenue. This is a half mile out from Wedgewood and 12th Avenue South, in the 12South District. This is the area above Sevier Park, where you will find 12South Yoga, Corner Music, Frothy Monkey, Mafiosa's Pizzaria, 12South Taproom, Art & Soul Studio, etc. 

* From points north or south: Take I-65 to the Wedgewood exit and go west on Wedgewood. Cross the intersection at 8th Avenue, and proceed to the next traffic light, which is 12th. Turn left (south) onto 12th, and proceed until you come to an island designating the beginning of the 12South district. Look for Ashwood, then Linden. You will see a hanging sign for Serendipity clothing store. The Center is located upstairs in that building. Enter by the outside staircase at the rear of the building. You can park on Linden on your first visit. (You will receive a windshield placard to park in the church lot on the diagonal corner for subsequent visits.)

* From points west or east, come in by I-40 to I-440, and take the Hillsboro Road/21st Avenue exit. Take the ramp for 21st Avenue. After the traffic light at Woodlawn. After Sweetbriar and Beechwood Avenues, you will come to Linden Avenue. Turn right on Linden. At Belmont, there is a dog-leg turn to the left onto Belmont before turning right to get back onto Linden. This will take you up to 12th Avenue.
