The Media Shambhala Meditation Group meets for meditation and study in the Buddhist tradition every Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:00 PM. On the second Sunday of each month, we have community retreats which are held at 391 Kirk Lane. These retreats include sitting and walking meditation, dharma readings, and movement meditations such as yoga and Tibetan Lujong exercises. Most events are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted. Donations are welcome. Initial meditation instruction is given on the first Wednesday of each month. Individual meditation instruction is available upon request.

This fall we will be studying "Turning the Mind into an Ally" by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. We are also happy to welcome back Tempa Dukte Lama for a very special event in October, cosponsored by the Media Wellness Center. Below is our schedule...we invite you to join us.
