Wednesday Meditation practice is at the Quaker Meeting House, 144 Quaker Lane, West Hartford at 7:30PM unless otherwise noted. Randy Kaplan's house is at 58 Ballard Dr., West Hartford, phone (860) 233-1575; John Bermon's house is at 149 Kenyon St., Hartford, phone (860) 523-7301. Saturday practice periods are also at the Quaker Meeting House from either 9AM to 12 Noon or 9AM to 4:30PM, and include walking meditation, and usually a talk and/or reading. Weekly fee $5.

In January, we are continuing to study and practice exercises from "Natural Wakefulness: Discovering the Wisdom We Were Born With," by Gaylon Ferguson. We expect to complete this project at the end of January and will then determine our next study project.
