Sadhana of Mahamudra
The Sadhana of Mahamudra is one of the mind-treasures of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche that is recited regularly at all Shambhala Centers as a means of overcoming obstacles in one's practice and life. The Sadhana of Mahamudra practice sessions are scheduled on or near the new and full moons each month and are open to everyone.
It is a rich practice that presents the essence of the Kagyu and Nyingma traditions, mahamudra and maha ati, in a vivid and colorful display of lineage figures within a complete mandala. The practicioner uses the skillful means of visualization, chanting of text, mantra recitation, and open mind meditation. Practice sessions are from 7:00pm -8:30 pm.
