Meeting twice weekly, the "Wake up to your Life" (WUTYL) group combines meditation practice with study of Ken McLeod's teachings on "Pragmatic Buddhism." The group seeks to foster a supportive community in which participants can learn to forge and sharpen a daily meditation practice.

The WUTYL Cultivating Attention group meets every Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. It is suitable for beginning to experienced meditators and focuses on general teachings of Ken McLeod. We spend approximately 90 minutes in meditation and spend about thirty minutes to listen to and discuss a brief podcast question and answer called "Unfettered Questions."

The WUTYL Practice group is for experienced and motivated meditators who wish to explore teachings that can help them move through their deepest fears, emerging more awake, alive, and confident that future fears will be minimal in comparison. The group practices specific contemplative meditations from McLeod's book, "Wake up to Your Life: Discovering the Buddhist Path of Attention."
