Occasionally we
open the center for an extended meditation
practice called a "Nyinthun." This is an all day meditation practice
that
includes silent, walking, and contemplative meditation and shamatha
yoga. The
morning practice is from 9:00 a.m. until noon and the afternoon
practice is from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. There is an hour lunch break in which functional
silence
is observed.
There is currently no scheduled Nyinthun on our calendar. Please contact us if you are interested in this practice and we will update you when this program is offered.
