Shambhala Meditation Group of Asheville (aka SMGA)

We aspire to help create enlightened society based upon the realization of basic goodness and the cultivation of gentleness, fearlessness and dignity in ourselves, our community and the world. To this end, we offer to all the practice of meditation, the study of the Shambhala Buddhist teachings and a community dedicated to open-hearted interaction.
